We did that for a while. We would buy two and let them grow for the summer. Then we would band together as a family and kill and process both of them. It took 2 full days a week apart to do it. Cheap meat. I don't eat that much meat any more. Fish, chicken and a little beef. Would like to eat some more lamb and goat. Like the lean stuff. With a ton of greens.

Scotts son Eli just bagged this 138lb doe near my house. His first year hunting. Youth day can shot any deer.
